I don't know but i swear sometimes i feel like the balance team is clueless about the meta

We going to Buff that mean buffing up damage, which is all fine for me cause we need Tanks back into meta to balance things around special with the abusive mages that run around. But are they not aware of status in the meta and how he already consider one the best champions for top lane ? Or right we going with the method of buffing stuff while not looking around for what it going to affect and then watch it burn the meta. Then after like 2 weeks we going for that hotfix or let players burn for months with abusive champion that using item for months before we gut the champion cause of that item ?

I not against the idea of the buff by the way, i just against the idea of knowing that Y for example is very good right now and if buffing item X have a chance of breaking Y and make it over powered then we wait for a whole month for a nerf when we can just avoid that by balancing Y around the changes of X so they don't get overpowered
