Long que times anyone?

has any one else had EXTREMELY long que times today? Im in que now and were at 10 min of waiting have restarted the que 4 times. update: got into a game but wtf 11 min que time?!?!? update2: got into champ select and my friends client crashed and he was kicked from lobby... rip
