When to build Rod of Ages

Rod of Ages, or ROA as some might know it, is a god tier item in the hands of a champion who does not scale very hard into the lategame when built damage alone. This item is utilized on any mage, who is very bursty, lacks utility, and needs some durability, such as my main, Twisted Fate. ROA is not on many champion's reccomended items, simply because it is not cost efficient for some champs, who may be a little difficult to farm with (im talking about you Leblanc ). I know this is not a long guide, but it's for new/ bronze players, who sit there building exactly the same every game. Just trying to throw them my little knowledge. Feel free to add your opinion below.

You forgot to say that usually RoA should be built only if you manage to take an early advantage or are farming really well early game since stacking it takes quite a while (especially with the short games we're having this season) and unless you build it fast (first item) it's better to switch to something else since you won't be able to stack it enough usually. At least it's my opinion from when I used to build it on cho and unless I managed to build it really early the item just delayed my powerspike a lot.

Roa should always be built. I build it on every champ, every lane, every role. Sometimes I build it four times, but that's only when I play Jhin.
