20 Champions at Level 30
Is it even possible to get 20 champions by the time you reach level 30 with the new system?? I have 100BE left and I only have like 13 champions and none of them are expensive champs. Is this just me?

Depends on who you buy.
Previously it took around 200 games to reach level 30 (according to Riot). At around 100ip average per game (unrealistic, average is lower but whatever), that would be 20,000 IP. Which you could get 20 with if you were very frugal.
Why do you need to own 20 champions anyways? You shouldnt be jumping into ranked right at level 30 ever.
You're forgetting that the system counts the FTP rotation, which is 14 champions.
Providing you own 6 other champions that don't happen to be on the free rotation for that week, that's 20.
(I'm assuming you mean the number of champions needed to play ranked)
