Is it just me, or does the game seem far more unbalanced that usual lately?

When I say unbalanced, I mean there are far more champions lying in the extremes of winrates (both high and low) than would usually be seen. Looking at different websites such as na.op.gg, lolalytics, and league of graphs, we can see there is around 40 champions outside of the 48-52% win rate range. There are also roughly 20 champions outside of the 47-53% win rate range. Yes, worlds is coming up, but balancing champions to be much closer to the sweet spot win rate should take higher priority than risking chaos for worlds.
