This new season rly....??

In pre-season i was silver 5 ( with over +220 ranked wins ). Now i played provisional games of this new season with result 6/4 , and i got bronze 4????? Do i have to fcking play + 200 wins to get even silver again? Then how the hell my friend got silver 5 , when he got in provisional games 2/8?????????? IS THIS EVEN REAL xD
