Problems with counter junglers

Guys I am fairly new to Lol and i love it so far. Im just beginning to jungle and i really enjoy jungling with the new Eve rework with the new runes. Im not terrible at it ive gotten two S grades so far. But Iv'e come across a lot of games where I'm Being counter jungled in early game making it really hard to lvl up. As most of you know Eve is weak early game until she reaches level 6. At this point its a struggle to kill champs in my own jungle between levels 3 and 5. This is when i find I'm being counter jungled the most. Would any of you have any ideas of what i can do to help prevent and protect myself from these attacks? ( besides ward obvi) I know this is probably a very noob question to ask but would any one be willing to help a guy out?
