Tilting so hard

I seem do win a decent amount of games in normals and flex queue.... but when i jump into ranked solo/duo, its just an imminent that im gonna lose every game.

I just dont know how to stop this from happening... think i was in gold 2 at some point i believe now almost in gold 5.

any suggestions for untilting?
