Question about S7 and DQ

I'm not really deep into all news regarding LoL. So, please, no hate here.

I've (rage) quit cause of DQ early in s6. And I did hear s7 will bring us either SQ or "something similar".

So here are my few questions:

1. Is DQ really going away ( for not only ranked )?
2. If 1 is wrong, any news what S7 will bring queue-wise?
3. Overall news about DQ and Riot
4. Lyte is still fired, yes?

Needless to say the only way I'd reconsider installing LOL once again is either:

1. Shoo DQ or
2. ARAM becoming truly random (and.. I already know Latency does his "best" to avoid those topics)
