MASTERY 6 TOKENS

Something I have came across twice was me getting Mastery Level 5 of Champion, simultaneously getting an some S rank. But my issue is I didn't get a token. I was technically level 5, and got an S, but no token EDIT: poll should be mastery 5 if you get an S
