Hmmmm Aatrox is fine

So i wasnt looking the patch notes for a long period of time just because they werent touching my champions exept the season 9 where they nerfed aatrox's dmg to the ground to a point yu couldnt punish ranged champions for bulling you BUT this patch note....you basically said oh you want to dash Q and then follow up with another dash Q after 3 seconds? Well its a no from Riot cuz now i have to wait 9 seconds to dash again at rank 1 E and not only did you completely delete his mobility in lane you also completely removed his healing to minions like it was making a deference or something you needed at least 1 item to see the healing but guess that too op and then you make him unable of punishing because of a 9 seconds cdr dash that litelary uselles maybe rework him if you are going to make him as uselles as before and may i ask why aatrox ? i mean Riven exists maybe nerf her it wont harm anybody just because people know how to play RIven dosent mean the SHOULD be able to 100-0 you because she has no counter play if you are a melee.
