@meddler What do you have planned for Jayce?

He's really weak at the moment. His cannon W is so so so weak and it barely does any dmg early/mid game (there's no late game now) without crit, which brings me to the next point, the current itemization to get crit on Jayce overlaps his CDR which wastes a bunch of stats and gold. Plus the nerf to last whisper just killed him. He needs to buff to his cannon W, because the nerf "DAMAGE PER ATTACK: 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130% total attack damage ⇒ 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110% total attack damage" and now the itemization give Jayce a really hard time. And if you try to avoid getting tear and going essence reaver instead, you'll counter a lot of mana problems because you won't proc the ER passive often without crit.
