Illaoi rework idea, focused on her E and R.
E will get reworked to be more fair for the enemy to get the spirit back but punish way, way harder if they dont.
New E: Illaoi pulls the spirit of the champion she hits towards here to test the enemy champion. The spirit is untargettable and can't be damaged. When the spirit is pulled out the enemy draws aggro of tentacles until he/she reclaims the spirit. You reclaim the spirit by getting within 250 range of the spirit and target your spirit to come back. There are 2 ways to fail.

Not reclaim the spirit within 10 seconds.

Run away out of range.
Failing the test causes the following debuff to apply:
Failed test: "You failed because you are not in motion to further yourself, let me help you get in motion." For the next 20 seconds spawn a tentacle every 2 seconds (1 second at level 13) to slam towards you. Tentacles will keep spawning no matter how close they are.
E DOES NOT DO DAMAGE ANYMORE UNLESS YOU FAIL THE TEST
R: Very small rework to help since she lost her E. Still spawns tentacles but now spawns a fixed amount of 2/3/4 and now works slightly differently. The aoe is the same for damage but now spawns an aoe zone under Illaoi where she landed her R that has a mini buff for her and debuff for enemies as long as she stays in it.
Illaoi buff: W is on a 2 second cooldown and her tentacles slam
Debuff to enemies: Tentacles will slam towards you once every 4 seconds while you remain in this zone.
Notes on her R debuff, if 5 enemy champs remain in it when she casts R tentacles will do 5 slams targetted at each one before Illaoi manually has to use W IF THEY STAY IN HER ULT AOE.
