@Riot thoughts about Viktor and his place in "Mid year mage update"?

Hi,

I know, winrate is not the only point that matters if a champion is weak or too strong. Meddler pointed that out here. It is still like he said an useful information though and Viktors winrate/playrate dropped after the recent nerfs. I just want to know how Riot feels about him right now and will there be some tweaks to him in mid year mage update (like they did with Twitch or Lucian in marksmen update)?Since one item slot is already taken by his passive, will he profit from item updates? Would appreciate any answer.
