Teleport-Ignite Fizz toplane

For some reason it seems even worse than ever. No idea why actually. I remember people were using Fizz like that even in season 5 but... Hmpf. I can't say if that was difficult to deal with. Current one is seriously huge cancer in my opinion. Especially if ur jungler never gives u any pressure or they simply bait you and ur jungler to start bad 2v2 skirmish (they already have opportunity with pushed lane and ignite) What do you think toplaner fellas?
