Sometimes a revert is an update

Maybe we should revert jungle back to season 3, while keeping the models and new monsters. A game state with current items and champions, but where Dragon isn't a reason to 4-man bot lane and doesn't make-or-break a game with infernals (or the original scaling dragon buff), and Blue/Red have their little minions back so Fiddlesticks can actually jungle would be fresh and new because we haven't had that in a very long time.
