More than anything else, you know you're deep in silver when your jungle won't stop invading the enemy jungle and dying during laning even though they should've figured out after the 2nd or 3rd time it happens that the enemy team's got their number. Quite often accompanied by complaints about how useless laners are when they can't get halfway across the map in a few seconds to help them. And we all know that stealing the chickens or wolves out of the enemy jungle is way more important than getting that infernal dragon.
Everyone has their fair share of complaints about being baited by a jungler who either fucked up or didn't follow through with a gank, but back when I did mid more often I began to especially dread the midlane gank special. Your jungle hides in the bushes on either side of the river and lies in wait for that perfect moment. You stick your neck out, doing something that you know is unsafe because you believe it'll create the perfect opening for jungle to pounce, but then you take a lot of damage and somehow your jungle still isn't ready yet. He won't go in until you're dead or you've used your flash and/or barrier to escape and can't help anymore. THEN, and only then, he will charge out of those bushes so he can chase the enemy mid under tower and die to the tower and feed your lane opponent a kill.
A lot of times, though, it's not that your jungle is doing anything spectacularly wrong, it's just that compared to the enemy jungle they aren't doing shit. That's wonderful that your jungle ganked mid again and got another kill on the 0/5 enemy Katarina while the enemy jungle is grabbing all the neutral objectives and made it impossible for either top or bot to create any pressure.
Then there are junglers who only gank for their duo... another good reason to just disallow duos in solo queue.
