So recently there was the shooting or Christina grimmie and it was a very sad event, I think it would be fitting for riot games to make a skin for ahri that symbolizes Christina's death since she main ahri

I didn't even realize she played League. I don't know why, but that makes me ever sadder.
I still can't believe she's gone. It doesn't feel real.
That wouldn't be a good idea at all. It would look and feel like just a shameful monetization of her death. I think riot can devote some time and spotlight in the LCS to do a mention and memorial for her on a live broadcast.
