Riot I think it's time you undo the snowballing

Remove the snowballing minions, there is a reason you removed them in S4 (one of the few good changes). Bring back SotA (I mean there is still and you added ). If you bring back SotA make sure to make it similar to current Mejai's (I like the new system on snowball items better).

Mana regen needs to be more readily available because the lack of mana pots is actually keeping a lot champs behind if they fall behind. Making mana pools bigger doesn't solve going oom. It just adds another 1-2 casts.

Then you also removed for some reason when it would of actually had a decent chance to be viable (I mean maybe with slight buffs) this season with how bad mana regen is.

And to top it all off you made it harder to get vision out making snowballing nearly uncounterable. You could deal with it before by making picks and watching their rotations. Now its just like well we have less gold so we can't afford warding but they can because they have extra and to top it off even if you wanted to buy stealth wards you are SOL.

Not only did you remove Crystaline Flask (which needed a remake) but you replaced it with a worse item that costs more gold. (I have to laugh at this right here).
