Normal match ups

So in ranked my mmr is plat, but when i play normals. My team is all silvers and the enemy golds and a handful of silvers, so obviously you can tell the games go one way. Does league want me to carry everygame, the only times i win is when i go my main and just all out carry. This is retarded i want to play other champs in norms and not have to worry about carrying everygame. Its just crap.
