Ok, first off, bronze and accepting that you're bad feels WEIRD to hear.... I don't like it.
Best advice I can possibly give you? Practice
Youtube videos, twitch streamers, walkthroughs and Mobafire builds are cool, but putting it into effect and making your OWN mark is what is difficult and requires practice.
If you have a lane you are comfortable in, find some champions you like to play and just play them.
You don't need to spam them repeatedly and play 15 Heimerdinger games in a row (like my friend...), but repetition over time will help!
More importantly, pay attention to what the good players in your game are doing! I have a strange problem of seeing someone do good as something and saying "I wanna be like that" and then for the next 5 games deciding I want to be a "??????" main and then learning it is actually fairly difficult.
Watch where good players position and watch what they prioritize, over time, you'll start to know what objectives are best and where to be standing and when to engage.
And you know what?.... I take it back, best advice isn't just practice, BEST advice is don't take it too seriously and have fun.
If you enjoy playing, you'll want to do better and you will get better over time. Just have fun. Nothing wrong with being in Bronze, I was for at least a year and a half.
