crafting, keys, statistics, wait what?

so i have been reading that the key fragments become less and less obtainable in a every day till a month passes and the cycles resets. I find myself in the predicament of having 6 chest and not a single key fragment... SO! here are some questions:

the month when you get more starts normally from every first to the last day of the month or does it start from the day you created your account until the same day in the next month?

is it expected to accumulate chess?

will there be events related the crafting system?

what are the requirements to get the 6 and 7 mastery apart from the 600 blue essence?

well for now let's leave it at that...
