[HELP] How do I counter Jarvan IV and Warwick?

I almost lose every game I play against one of these champs JarvanIV Warwick and I have no idea how to counter them. I just want all kind of tips how to counter them overall. Their kit is really reliant and both can end up snowballing the entire game. Since they have such a nice kit, I can't really see a way to counter them unless they go cocky and full int mode 1v3+.

Warwick : He just have nice dmg and heal with his Q and can build a very tanky build while still being a threat to the adc. He is very hard to kill because of his E and it's hard to pick him since his ult. His early game is somewhat safe and can play around his W passive and Q to win most trades. His ganks are really nice with his ult and his E, combo'd with his W movement speed, his ganks brings more success than failure.

So when I play against Warwick, I lose early-, mid- and late game.

JarvanIV : His kit is amazing and almost always a strong pick for me. I can perhaps see the potential of punishing him early but he just does a lot of damage with Q and passive. His engages are strong and can even end up one-shotting carries otherwise his team will clean up while you are stuck in a ring of doom. He has the option of building damage but will do wonder going as bruiser too. He also have his E+Q combo if he is in danger and to pick off people.

I lose against Jarvan IV mid- and late game. It's possible to suppress him early game but will end up snowballing midgame.

Any help is welcome, I don't think any of them are broken, I just don't understand how to play against them.

JarvanIV is countered by pretty hard by warding as he has no hard engage besides his swag flag combo, and that doesn't have a huge range.

As for Warwick, other than grievous wounds your best bet is to ban this fucker until hes fixed.

Idk about WW, especially when he's reking all elos with 51%+ win rate all the way from bronze to diamond.

But I at least know about J4's counter, pick Poppy and press W, and J4 can no longer use his signature dash. Poppy can also stunlock J4 in his own ulti (the circular arena thingy) with her E pin.

I guess in the same vein, Poppy's W also counters WW's R, so maybe there's that too. EDIT: Actually no, Poppy's W does not stop the jump component of WW's ulti because it's unstoppable during leap. Good one, Riot.

Jarvan is not that good, and I'm a bad player. Every game I play as Jarvan, the team lose and blame me. Have your jungler gank more than Jarvan does. That's it. Or Maybe you play the champ that is not your type. I quit playing Jarvan right now.
