I think it's a cool idea, but functionally all but useless. This item is a TERRIBLE first pick and by the time you can afford this item (assuming ur ahead because if you're behind this item is useless) you probably already can dive safely.

If anyone at Riot is reading this; What was the intended purpose for this item and why is it still in the game?
