Champion Select - Banning Question

Hey summoners!

This might sound dumb. I don't know. But, I wanted to know during the new champion select, specifically the banning phase, you have the option to pan through the champions to ban and can the enemy team see you selecting the different champions you wish to ban? ORR, can only your team see you selecting through the champions.
