many came and complained about them including myself. I also sent tickets about them and have not seen any for the last week.

Probably, they're still out there and in greater numbers than ever but your MMR is high enough now that you don't get matched with them anymore.

no I have not seen them in any mmr on summoners rift.. I made a new acct just to check for them.

I am sure they will reappear as they always do but for now they are gone
