What if we moved "Captain" enchantment passive into Nomad's Medallion upgrades?

Passive Unique - Captain: Grants +10% movement speed to nearby approaching allied champions.

The passive of Captain was used by mainly 2 classes of champions: Aggressively on a frontline tank/initiator, which will help allies follow up on his movements. as well as, defensively on a backline support, which will help others retreat". These two traits exists in supports from aggressive champions , to defensive supports ,

I strongly believe this passive would be great on the Nomad's Medallion upgrades. Granted the passive movement speed may need to be reduced to 7% to prevent abuse cases.
