Feedback on what I think of the new runes/masteries system

Riot please, support focusing so much on adcs. You're making it so, if your adc is inferior to the other adc or is just getting focused/bad positioning/etc. You will lose, I don't want to deal with situations where if my bot lane loses, our chance of losing increases more than if my jg/top/mid loses. You should never have to have your chance of winning lower by like 25% just cause of one player on your team isn't as good as the enemy one(whether or not they are feeding). AND YES I AM AWARE THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, this is just feedback on what I think of the things Riot currently released and talked about

First of all, 60% atk spd bonus overtime and also increasing attack cap is just pretty darn dumb. You're going to have like 3.1 atk spd kog maws shitting on everyone if he doesnt die. Hypercarry adcs will be stronger and stronger and stronger. The addition of the shield keystone is just even better for adcs, as they get more shields and anyone around them basically takes damage as supports stick with adcs. Im fine with the support one but that adc one is just overloaded

Second of all, you just nerfed tabis and now you're suggesting an idea where adcs are even going to be better with a free bloodthirster passive but not only does it count your healing, it counts other people's healing. So I suggest either nerfing the %of the heals converted to shields or make it so therei s a limit to the shield, like 200 or so at max or make it scale with level.

Third of all, what's a tank if this happens?? What is the meaning of tanks after this if they are only going to last a few seconds in fights. I suggest making stoneplate's active do something instead. Instead of giving more hp, how about reducing incoming damage for that amount of duration. So tanks when using stoneplate turn into the wall that they are literally supposed to be. No Im not talking about garen, darius, and sion, those are juggernauts
