JayHog1992's journal in NA: Day 6 - Ups and downs.
Been a while since I did one of these, mostly because I was farming IP for Kled in my EUW account, but sadly, the damn project crate offers drained me dry of IP for too long... -.- So I'm on a long road to buy that darn yordle. Anyways, on with the matches.
Match 32: Ashe adc
Did really well, got to a point where I got so fed that I could even 1v1 Kalista who was trying to do drake solo for some reason. They mostly surrendered at the end before I could finish.
Match 33: Warwick Jungle
Did more decently than with Yi, so it's official, I'll just take warwick when I need to jungle. Did help my top alot and managed to get mid lane to recover from his lost lane.
In the end, half my team died, but I managed to get my hands on their nexus before I died, winning us the game. That was a clutch save.
Match 34: Sivir adc
I'll be honest, she's simple, but I don't like her... Especially when her E has a delay before being used. Wave clears are insane once you have 2 items, but in the end, she's useless late game except to engage or disengage, especially once they have a Darius zoning everyone out with his near full build. Even my dominik's regard didn't help in that regard...
The lost game didn't bum me out, but shows that I should stick to what's easy, which is Ashe. Still can't believe people are making a meh champion end up nerfed. seems silly honestly.
Match 35: Darius Top
Didn't end well, couldn't even finish my item and I got careless, not rushing spectre's cowl against malphite. Didn't expect him having good damages early game, I always thought that he just had good scalings. Then again, wouldn't make sense him building tanky if that were the case...
Didn't end well, but kinda wish that I got a kill before I lost the game tough. Ah well, I'll just stick to Garen. No more different champions unless it's support and maybe adc.
Match 36: Annie Mid
Had a bit of a terrible time as lag and freezes kicked in left and right. Had like 2-3 oportunities to kill the enemy Kassadin, but the game won't let me prove my best to anyone. Shame. makes me wonder what did Riot do to curse me like this since this has been happening for the past 2 months, almost 3 and before that, there wasn't even a bit of freezes. Lag? Maybe, but not freezes.
It's just sad that you can't exactly prove that you were properly outplayed if the game is at fault for once... Wouldn't mind being beaten if my conditions were fine.
Worse case was at baron. The entire baron fight, I had 4 frames per second. Once baron died and the enemy engaged, it was 0 frames per second. Took me 8 seconds to recover and to register that I died. Was hoping these issues were left in EUW where it happens more often.
Ah well, a lost is a lost.
Match 37: Morgana supp
Supporting a Teemo, the first 2 minutes were funny. Enemy overstayed, I got first blood against Anivia, procing her passive, the enemy Nidalee got caught up and so did the enemy Ashe. Landed all my Qs perfectly there.
Then while supporting a Teemo, I could barely do anything against an Ashe+Teemo combo, both carries, Teemo wasn't even supporting. XD And I only have one black shield over time.
Was hoping the Teemo could be convinced to not use my main to troll any longer, after being honest to our team about his account being hacked and now playing to troll the game. Hopefully he'll get around...
Despite all of that, the game ended with a victory since they surrendered because the enemy Nidalee was feeding and our rengar and Lee were on point.
And now I keep playing on EUW, I have to finish my quest to main all yordles... But I don't even know where to start with half of them since some are hard to obtain S ranks... Decisions, decisions...
