riot needs to put a "extra time" button under lockin that gives you 20 more seconds

sometimes i legit need 20 more seconds to figure out what i want to do for a counterpick if i pick right after my enemies pick something shocking

also. sometimes people legit dont want to ban something. not banning can be a strategy. so make it so you dont dodge for failing to ban

however, keep in the dodge for not locking in champion. this will eventually speed up champ select and make people lock in their champs

however, put a "extra time" button under lockin that gives you 20 more seconds to decide your champ. also if you accidentally click this button instead of lockin, then you can just press lock in right away to lock in.
