nerfplz.com occasionally posts mechanical tips like input buffering or strategy tips like team comps. also is known for their verrrry useful tier lists
youtube.com you can search for guides, coaching, high elo gameplay, etc
twitch.com you can watch your favorite pros/streamers and learn how they play
surrenderat20.net you can use this to stay up-to-date on future updates before they happen, so you can go into a patch prepared
lolking.net lolskill.net lol.arenaonline.com any of these can be used to find out which champions/roles you are best with in terms of kda, win rate, cs, etc
champion.gg probuilds.net mobafire.com leagueofgraphs.com these are for learning how to build your champion. they provide winrates, what pros use or guides
lolesports.com while not the best for improving in solo queue, most of the meta starts here including strategies and champion choices
bestbans.com shows you statistically which bans you should pick if you want to win more games
