Nasus: Passive lifesteal increased early.

It was increased early AND late the buff and the note make it seem to me like riot aren't interested in Nasus. Teleport is nerfed anyway so this is a compensation buff really.

I think Nasus's problem is the change to steraks, tank items being useless atm and Nasus fairing less well in the midgame vs other fighters than he was before.

Nasus's problem isnt that he doesn't have enough lifesteal. The lifesteal will make a difference in the 1v1s but its the overall damage making tanking impossible that is making him weak moreso.
