What If Riot Lifted Bans On Accounts That Were Banned For 2+ Years = $$$$$$$$$$ Surge In Revenue +??
So I just thought it was a win win situation for both RIOT and the Players that were banned get second chance? What do you think?

It sounds like you have a banned account.
There is no way that lifting those bans would do anything positive. Permanently banned players did a lot to get to that point. Re-introducing the ones who haven't just made another account is a terrible idea.
No, because it should be a harsh lesson to the people who dump $2000 on an account and then act like a shitheel. Money shouldn't get you to weasel your way out of the consequences.
for players who have created new accounts there is no point because they have already made proggress on their accounts,for people who no longer play the game there is obviously no point either.
No matter what your opinion of it as a policy, there's no way it would be a surge of revenue for Riot.
