Bringing Tiamat back
Would you guys like to see Tiamat back at 1900 with damage to all surrounding enemies?
Or do you like the cheaper one that doesn't?
I would personally like the old one back.
I feel like not having put me behind ever since.
And since you guys vote for the opposite of whatever I want by default no matter the topic...

is still good. In my opinion, better. It's cheaper and you still get the main benefit of it, the active. You can engage with our chosen melee AD champ and get that damage boost. Additionally, you don't autopush anymore, it gives a lot more wave control now. If you're a champion that really needs hydra ASAP, thus getting tiamat early, you don't immediately sacrifice ALL ability to control the waves.
