@Riot, can we lower some of the wave clear?

In general, I really think waveclear is given to much outside of a kit.

AP champions have been getting shifted from "burst" to more DPS because their cooldowns and damage were lower. Items like give AP champions everything they want. They don't even need blue buff.

ADC's I think are the biggest problem. They should in theory be attacking one target at a time unless their kit allows them to. Sivir is meant tot be able to hard push because of her kit. What I'm seeing is that ADC champions who were in theory suppose to have low wave clear as a weakness are granted huge wave clear from items. give champions like kogmog or vayne the wave clear to stall when this was suppose to be their weakness.

Although AD champions also have waveclear, I don't think they are the problem. They have to go into much closer range to actually do it.

Can we actually lower some of the wave clear.
