RIOT FIX DESIGN FOR DRAFT (MASTERIES AND RUNES PROBLEM)

Dear Riot,

I think that for draft pick, the runes and masteries are very hard to notice and I find myself always playing games, forgetting to switch my runes/masteries. Please make the runes and masteries more noticable. Thanks!
