GAME CRASHED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

So I get in to play with a few friends in a game and we choose our champs and my game keeps crashing in the loading screen so I get banned from queuing. In my next game I cannot pick my champ because my champ gets banned. FUCKING ANNOYING. I log in once a month to play 1 game and this happens.
