So, let me open with this - You are way too hostile and arrogant to make significant progress right now. 80% of climbing is mental, 10% is mechanical, and 10% of it is macro.
If you go into a game and say "my fucking team is going to be deadweight trolls waaa" you will set yourself up to lose.
what you should be doing is going into a game and saying to yourself "I'm going to do my damndest to pull more than just my own weight"
Looking at your op.gg, you onetrick Volibear but have a relatively average winrate/kda. That's pretty normal, if you look at mine you'll see a mix of better and worse than average. My top 2 champs Kayn and Vi are near the 60% mark (vi above, kayn below, Kayn's score is partly because on soloQ i have a mediocre WR and KDA, and on Twisted Treeline i have high KDA/WR.
Where i'm going with this thread of winrates, is that it honestly looks like you are exceedingly competent at Rammus comparably. a 71% winrate is exactly the kind of trend you want to capitalize on compared to a 53%, game size regardless.
I see that my camille laning is incredibly sub-par, so i only pick it when i get autofilled (instead of going out of my way to pick lane
So step 1 to improve: Refine your champion pool. If you're a good player but you can't make a champion work, step back from that champ and look to expand your horizons. You can always pop out a few games of your favorite here and there, or always in normals, but you have a new better starting point to go off of
Part 2: Mental state. As i said, you can't moan and bitch about how its always your teams being too heavy. Because although sometimes they will be, you need to hold yourself accountable for mistakes to learn how to prevent them. If i know i'm in low elo and my 1/4 jax wants to go in, i will ping him back or force a 5v5 engage instead of letting him pick himself off. Always be willing to say that you could've prevented a play from going wrong if you were more aware or more insistent.

This is a game, for example, where my kayle top intentionally trolled lane (By level 11 she managed to get 2 more kills and deal the brunt of her damage). She was cocky, and ran it down when i wouldn't gank a pre-6 kayle.
If i were like you, i would be petty, let her fuck herself over.
But i'm not. I see an opportunity, and i exploit the enemy's predictable move, because i know that someone griefing the game can be played around. I wait for the irelia to move in aggressively, and over-extend. That's my cue that not only will i be ganking, but she's cocky. That means she's either stupid, or has her jungle to help.
I expect the jungler, (because I've seen people misplay every game in different ways, and have LEARNED from it) and right when i go over the wall to gank, the vi shows up, and i get a double kill solely because of a toxic player crying in allchat and running it down, making herself an obvious target to camp.
Then, i took that doublekill, and i went bot, and i set up a doublekill for the vayne, who then shared the weight of carrying and we rolled with cross-map pressure.
That sounds anecdotal, but basically I took matters into my own hands, and carried the team despite the troll, because in my head i was thinking "How can i outplay my teammate's attempt to fuck over our team?" or "How can I do the best to win"
So, to recap
Step 1: Champ pool
Step 2: Mental
and step 3 is simple,
Step 3: Practice, practice, practice.
I didn't get from bronze 4 to gold 2 overnight, it took hundreds of games. But the community did not stop me. I stopped myself from climbing when i started, because i blamed my team and not my own playstyle.
This thread is kinda a joke. And i REALLY doubt that you're the type to listen to long but constructive feedback at all.
Guess i'll see.
