Thoughts on Lissandra?

played her again after a couple months ago when i gave her up for the same reasons after 1 game, she feels wonky to play, her Q's range is terrible and mana costs are too damn high, i dunno she seems like a weak version of Anivia, what do you guys think? just wana hear some other peoples opinions, b4 u downvote atleast give a reason below, and thanks
