Thoughts and modifications propositions on AP/support itemization as well as Catch-Up experience.
League need to either keep up with a fast paced game or slow down a little, the first one would be to nerf marksmen specifically and the second one would be to bring other carry to their levels. FOR AFTER PRE - SEASON (since nothing will be really done before that)
**Support itemization : **
Ardent Censer : Now have adaptive, gives either 20 - 35 AD or 30 - 50 AP depending on level. 20 - 35% AS for both. // Objective : Ardent is a fun item for enchanter, it simply profit too much one class of character, with this change it'll profit more AD caster as well as Magus classes.
Relic shield/Frostfang : Gives 40 gold per kill/Assist once the quest is finished // Objective : Having a lot of Gold through coin is a good thing, but the two other support item were left in the dust.
AP itemization :
Rabadon's Deathcap : Total cost 3400. (combine cost reduced by 400 to match IE) Void Staff : Total cost 2600. (Combine cost reduced by 50, to match LW items) Lich Bane : Total cost 2900. Recipe changed : Now Sheen + Aether Wisp + Amp Tome + 565 gold (Total cost 2900 gold, 300 gold cheaper) Luden's Echo : Total cost 2900. (Combine cost reduced by 300) Liandry's Torment : Total cost 3000. (Combine cost reduced by 100) // Objective : AP is over-all expensive and hard to build items, those change put them back in line with AD itemization.
Jungle Sytemic :
Catch-up experience : Changed from 30 experience for any monster kill to 80 experience for large monster kill per level down you have.
// Objective : Reduce catch-up disparity between camps as well as reducing catch up exploit and value over-all.
