''Syndra passive changes soon''

Mana per level buff. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice buff. But you see, she hasn't got a passive until lvl 9 and she can't even reach her full power until 18, IF she is full build. I mean, even with Cassiopeia it's easier to get 500 stacks at lvl 15/16 if you played right.

EDIT I don't want her overbuffed, can't she just be okay and not unreliable?
