To clarify what this new ranked will be

Hi there, I just want to clarify that this is what the "new ranked will be"

-There are going to be 9 ranks instead of 7, We don't know where these will be placed upon the others, but there will be 9 divisions -There will be 4 divisions each rank instead of 5 (no more bronze 5!) -There are different ranks for EACH POSITION IN THE GAME (a separate rank for top, mid, jung, adc, and supp.) Is that all?
