Mordekaiser Change

I'm a veteran and i honestly want to stop playing this game now. I just want to know what inspired them to make this change. was a perfectly balanced champ and I've had so much fun with him and they just nerf him but try to overcoat the nerf with his new ult passive. I still dont think his new ult is that good because not only is dragon slow, but he cant ult making his damage and survivabilaty in teamfights go waaaaay down. Also, why cant they make up their mind if hes gonna have ad ratios or not.
