This thing need to be nerfed 20% missing hp damage as PASSIVE its retarded that increased to 30% with just rageblade...THIS IS THE PROBLEM...stop trying to do love tap nerfs on her rest of her kit and nerf this thing...

Lee sin in order to have 8% need to hit a skill shot 8%...not 20%...and the 8% is flat kaisa have ratio too...

If you gut her passive you gut the champion.

It's a shame really. In order to give her an ADC steroid that is magic damage that could threaten tanks (which she needs to be able to do, she's a hypercarry, a legitimate one like Twitch or Vayne), they had to make that magic damage extremely high, which makes it overbearing against squishies.
