Rune Page Help

First of all, I'm certain if I'm posting this in the right section, but I figured I'd just roll with it anyways.

I just bought my third rune page, and I'd like to go for a tank setup, but I'm not totally sure what to put in there. My other two rune pages are flat AD and flat AP with armor and MR thrown in, which I've been using for all my champs, regardless of role, up until this point. Soo basically I just don't really know how to set up a tank page. Any help would be much appreciated:P

I do not play tanks at all, but i know you should get scaling magical resist, since you are a tank. And it also depends on which tank/champion you are playing. So, what are you playing first?

you want reds of what ever type of damage, blue health other kind amour and quints I go with damage
