WTAF is with all these Bots in Norms/ranked... STILL.

Anyone else having this issue of trying to play a normal or ranked and then having 2 or more bots on your team that instalock any champion and then just group up in a lane doing jack shit and feeding? why isnt there a goddamn report feature for this after so many years... its getting old and making league unplayable, and its all because wankers are money hungry and want to sell the accounts because of how much IP it has... cmon riot fix your shit its about goddamn time.
