what are average revitalize values?

for champions like rhaast, mundo, aatrox or basically anyone the rune is actually good on?

asking because ive experimented with ravenous hunter and on garen, and added up to 1000 bonus healing and a couple 100 health worth in shielding (steraks gage) over the course of a game.

seems pretty decent, but i was wondering if that would be enough to make the rune worth in comparison to unflinching, or if its still comparably low.
