@MAGE UPDATE; REQUEST FOR AN ITEM

I know this item won't add up with mage update, but since Riot will be looking for new items to follow up the update, maybe they could sneak in this.

All I want is a AD item with M.Pen, I don't care how they do it. I just think League need a item like that.

I'll try to come up with an idea, but if you disagree doesn't matter, just the concept of a AD item with M. Pen that I want to see.

_*Maybe someday a "Geta" that gives AR. Pen... but that's something for other day.. _
