New Custom Game Options

I think that a lot of players including myself would like the option of more custom game options that could make entirely knew game modes or things like that. One option I think should be added is allowing the ban of any champs the creator of the custom game wants or even banning stuff like certain summoner spells or items. Another option is adding custom buffs that grant players certain stats like 45% CDR or infinite mana. Or finally adding the option for random champs to be selected like in Aram and having a set of rerolls defined by creator. There's so much potential here that's never been used before so that's why I think that it would be a great change to the game for the fun of the players.
