Free IP for supports plz

Hello,

Riot should give free IP to support roles in team builder. When there is a waiting period, it's ALWAYS because supports are nowhere to be found. This is really frustrating and pushes players to 'normal queues', which, in essence, defeats the very purpose of team builder.
